Overview

There has been a long felt need establishing a new B.Ed College in the district of Cooch Behar with a view to giving scope to the educated youth for acquiring Bachelor of education degree to enhance their skill and Competence to join in teaching profession. Such degree now in a knowledge base society may be treated for an essential pre-requisite for becoming a teacher in Secondary/higher Secondary School. A teacher has to renew and update his / her teaching competency all along his/her career and B.Ed. Course in just the first base of this teaching process.
